728 Club Rydex Bistro & Grill, is in the capable hands of Tony Leung. Tony has been successfully running bistros and restaurants in the Club industry since the 1970's and has proven himself as one of the greats in the hospitality industry, having contracts at Cronulla Sharks, Tradies and Hurstville RSL.
Tony's team is headed by Ken Fong, proven professional and excellent chef. Ken's experience in large restaurants in Hong Kong that served up to 1,000 diners shines at RydeX. His dishes are delicious, and just the right mix of authentic and the flavours that Australians love.
The bistro is now known as 728 Club RydeX Bistro and Grill, and our focus is on contemporary, delicious bistro food at a good price. There is a lunch specials menu, and more weekly specials to be announced soon.
We have seating within the bistro for up to 85 persons, however you can enjoy your meal anywhere in the Club, so come along and try our new menu and see what you think!
